MONTHLY FORMAT
Ministry Leadership Lab includes two live group coaching experiences each month for six months.
90 minutes · Teaching, reflection, application, and commitment
Each month, you’ll be introduced to one transformational leadership tool and immediately begin applying it to your actual ministry context.
This is not passive teaching. You’ll reflect, discuss, practice, and identify a real leadership experiment to carry into the next two weeks.

Then you’ll identify one assumption you’re willing to question and design a small experiment to discover what could become possible.

Erik married his amazing wife, Jeanne-Ann, in 1994 and has 4 kids (2 are married and 2 are still home in high school...and he has a grandson!!!). He has been in youth ministry since 1993 (over 3 decades!). Has been coaching leaders for 2 decades and, in 2025, went through executive coach training to join Novus Global as an executive coach. In the rare times he gets, he loves to surf, snowboard, travel, speak at camps and conferences, play family games, and go on family walks.
